Benefits: These tasty, nutritious snacks are made from slices of plantain, a variety of banana. Our Chips are sliced, then roasted in pure vegetable palm oil with a little salt. The result is a light, crispy, crunchy snack with a nutty flavor that tastes somewhat like potato or corn chips, and not all like bananas! No hydrogenated oils. We do not use ingredients that were produced using biotechnology. Banana is one of nature's best sources of potassium.
